• Weekly maintenance service starting at $135 - adjustments can be made for water features, auto vacs and landscaping etc. 

Service Includes:

• Weekly Service - up to 5 times per week

• Basic Chemicals - Chemical balancing  (Chlorine, Acid, Salt, algaecide, stablizer)

• Brushing the walls and tile

• netting and skimming the surface and bottom

• Vacuuming 

• Emptying pump and skimmer baskets

• inspecting and calibrating equipment

• Weekly service reports     

Services performed and charged as needed:

• Service Calls 

• Filter Cleans (bi-annually)

• Salt Cell Cleans (quarterly)

• Heater Maintenance Service( bi-annually )

• High Winds or Storm Cleanup 

• Party Prep and clean up 

• Seasonal  chemicals treatment (bi -annually)

• Repairs vary. Written estimates will be sent for approval prior to any work being done.
